Description

This project aims at enhancing the existing wearable safety helmets for the mining industry by integrating the concept of Internet of things and AD-Hoc network of sensors to detect dangers of gas leaks and temperature spikes in the mining area that can't be detected by normal human senses (such as Carbon monoxide pocket leaks). A Smart Mining Helmet will be able to alert the miner whenever the area around him becomes unsafe with poisonous gases or unusually high temperature.At the same time collecting the data from the mines and forwarding it to an admin side
